Project Description
Vintage Italia creates delicious gourmet snacks made of baked pasta. They know ecommerce is important, but want to stay focused on what they do best, baking delicious snacks and building their brick-and-mortar distribution. They wanted someone to take the lead on building and managing their ecommerce business. We quickly pulled together a game plan, developed a direct-to-consumer online store, integrated it with their main marketing website, setup a fulfillment system, setup email marketing, started testing advertising campaigns, and began improving operational metrics on the company’s Amazon business and introducing them to new marketplaces they weren’t aware of or didn’t have time to explore.
