An aquaculture / tourism business based in the Turks and Caicos Islands had not turned a profit in over 20-years of operation. When looking to fix the business, they turned to us for help. We developed a business plan to scale the business 10X by leveraging a network of hatcheries and grow-out facilities across the Caribbean.  We helped negotiate $3M financing for second facility as well as a marketing agreement with Carnival Corp for shore excursions across multiple cruise lines. We also negotiated a letter-of-intent to sell the entire business to a larger regional player to fund the expansion plan to profitability.
